As a seasoned project leader, you will drive client success by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your expertise in Agile Project Management will enable you to navigate complex projects with ease and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of client businesses, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions;
  • Defining and shaping products through close collaboration with clients, developers, and designers;
  • Ensuring effective communication of product and project management plans, ensuring team members are unblocked, in sync, and working towards a common goal.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Strong experience as a team lead or senior infrastructure specialist in an Agile Project model;
  • Demonstrated experience in production support environments;
  • Excellent communication skills in customer-facing settings;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Trello, GitHub, Jira, Excel, MS Project;
  • Ability to lead global teams remotely with good communication skills;
  • Experience with data visualization, analytics, and metrics;
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure concepts;
  • Knowledge supporting zOS Infrastructure components;
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure architecture concepts;
  • Experience managing or working with enterprise-level life cycle management systems;
  • Strong organization and execution capabilities, able to articulate plans to stakeholders and manage risks;
  • Able to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams;
  • Exposure to Automation Tools such as Ansible.
