Role Description:

The Buyer role entails purchasing duties for rigs or onshore locations. The position requires adherence to relevant company policies and procedures.

• Purchasing is conducted in accordance with the established framework, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Effective management of suppliers is essential, with only approved suppliers utilized for procurement activities.
• Supply chain optimization strategies are developed and implemented in collaboration with procurement teams.

• Source materials and services
• Manage purchase requisitions and execute purchases
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Monitor and control costs to maximize cost savings

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and supporting tools
• Understanding of logistics and shipping management
