The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to seed and go to market with new products and technologies. This includes identifying, researching, evaluating, and prioritizing market leads and opportunities to influence purchases and specifications with key end users and influencers.

The successful candidate will form relationships with potential regional customers outside of the current revenue stream, recommend ongoing improvements to the Market Development program, and proactively implement new processes and workflows.

Responsibilities include developing and executing educational programs, presentations, conferences, seminars, clinics, and other events to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of our products. The individual may also be involved in oversight of technical and logistical support for these events.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will develop methods for evaluating effectiveness and user adoption, including post-training follow-up with end-users and proactively identifying areas of improvement.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent ability to learn new technologies and handle multiple assignments. Detail-oriented and well-organized individuals who can work independently and see projects through to successful completion are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience developing market and generating demands and opportunities in Latin America.
  • Technical knowledge of audio principles and products is a plus.
  • Experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment setup is a plus.
  • Background or experience with touring production, theater production, integration, conferencing, broadcasting, or networking is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.
