This pivotal role involves driving the Established Products portfolio and contributing to growth and market leadership. As a key team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, Trade & Revenue Management (TRM), and Finance strategies, ensuring an integrated approach.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute point-of-sale activation programs that elevate the patient experience and drive product visibility and adherence.
- Create and implement innovative trade marketing strategies to optimize commercial performance of the Established Products portfolio.
- Analyze market data and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop channel-specific tactics.
To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate a proven Commercial or Trade Marketing background with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. They should have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, and demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful point-of-sale marketing strategies.
