Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to support the Sales Director in driving revenue growth and profitability for our South and Midwest regions.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans by region, channel, and SKU to drive revenue growth while protecting profitability.
  • Support Sales Leadership in decision-making with performance tracking, business case development, operational support, and market analysis.
  • Track and provide visibility of P&L performance versus running, AOP, and previous year, managing resource allocation and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in Sales Finance/Planning/D&A Management, strong analytical and financial skills, and broad multi-channel sales experience preferably within Direct and Indirect channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • P&L Control: Track and give visibility of P&L performance vs running, AOP, previous year. Manage resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Financial Projections: Develop and implement advanced and timely P&L forecasting for sales to guarantee accuracy and mitigation plans definition.
  • Support S&OP discussions with building blocks, trend analysis, pricing, investments, etc.
  • Lead trade promotions, discounts, and customer agreements management process including budget definition, initiatives recommendation, investment split by channel, region, customer, tools maintenance and improvement, training, tracking, and post-audit analysis.
