We are seeking a skilled Regional Growth Strategist to lead our Latin American subsidiary. As the ideal candidate, you will drive revenue growth and market penetration across the region.
Main Responsibilities- Integrate sales and operations functions under unified leadership
- Assess expansion opportunities in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia
- Build strategic relationships with fleet operators and municipal transport offices
- Establish regional growth strategy and implementation roadmap
- Direct experience in bus or heavy-truck sector
- Proven track record selling directly to fleet bus operators and municipal transport offices
- Deep market-intelligence skills and credibility to win final-customer tenders
- Demonstrated experience managing profit & loss responsibility
- Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian) and English
- Mastery of engineering principles, HVAC, or electrification experience
- Team integration and organizational restructuring expertise
- Track record in emerging market expansion
- Italian language proficiency
