
Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our regional marketing team in Latin America.
About the Role:This role is crucial in supporting the success of our growth initiative and exceeding commercial targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming business strategy into regionally relevant and inspiring marketing that builds customer value, revenue, and growth for our Human Identification and Forensics business unit across Latin America countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure successful new product introduction/launch execution (NPI) and deployment plan to exceed commercial targets.
- Drive execution of industry and customer events around portfolio, including educational programs/workshops to ensure market awareness and education.
- In partnership with regional and country partners build region industry relationships/key opinion leaders via customer communication, KOL engagement and management, and public presentation to retain our leadership presence in the market.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in science, marketing, or business management.
- 3-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience in Life Sciences sector.
- A successful track record of achieving results through collaboration.
- Confirmed market, customer, and competitor knowledge, as well as proficiency in development of marketing strategy and go-to-market activities.
- Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, market, and research information/data.
- Excellent analytical, communications—both oral and written, and project management skills.
- Sequencing and qPCR technology experience, strong understanding of the genetic analysis sector of the market. Preference of experience within Forensics segment.
Familiarity with English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese languages is also beneficial.
