Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-stack marketer who can generate pipeline and accelerate deals. As a Global Marketing Lead, you will design, orchestrate and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won.

Main Accountabilities
  • Drive full-funnel growth: Create scalable campaigns and plays that deliver qualified leads and influence pipeline, customer lifetime value and bookings.
  • Accelerate conversion: Equip teams with messaging, content, and sequences to reduce sales cycle time and increase average contract value.
  • Level-up systems: Optimize workflows to ensure accurate tracking, lead routing, and visibility across the buyer journey.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or services, with a strong mix of demand generation, field, and revenue marketing.
  • Proven success running multi-channel, data-driven growth programs that map to complex deal cycles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including campaign management, lead routing, and attribution.
  • Experience using AI-native tools and capabilities in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and enrichment tools.
  • Strong collaboration history with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and RevOps to drive outcomes.
