We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our team of experts in delivering top-notch threat detection, response, and management services to clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership to the SOC team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Define, refine, and implement SOC strategies to deliver best-in-class threat detection and response services.
- Develop and maintain effective processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure SOC efficiency and compliance with security frameworks.
- Engage with key clients to understand their security needs and communicate ongoing service value.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence and lead the SOC team in identifying and responding to potential threats and incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in SOC or security operations leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (master's degree or certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SOC technologies, including SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage high-performing security professionals, and communicate complex information effectively.
