About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses a strong IT background and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a software or application support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Experience with ticket tracking systems and service level agreements.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese.
