Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical guidance and support for our products in overseas regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete customer service training and company internal process;
- Provide product improvement suggestions and sustainable improvements;
- Support regional manager business and assist with daily work;
- Offer spare parts support and quotation;
- Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained to high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably cranes and hoists;
- Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, certifications a plus;
- Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively;
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work.
