Job Title: Senior Content Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Content Strategist to contribute to the positioning of our product across North America. This role will manage pursuit execution, content library development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create best-in-class, original content customized for decision-makers by collaborating with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer insights.
  • Provide strategic direction on RFP responses to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, including value propositions, services, and storytelling.
  • Cradle-to-grave pursuit efforts include planning, technical inputs, conducting reviews, and ensuring end deliverables are exceptional.
  • Determine and lead internal players throughout opportunities, briefing team leadership, and making insightful recommendations.
  • Develop and ensure deliverables comply with customer requirements while telling compelling stories through strong narratives and win themes.
  • Contribute to content library development and growth enablement materials.
  • Support evolution of best practices regarding content and pursuit execution.
  • Support other pursuit-related functions as required.
