Clinical Collector

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Collector.

• Utilize expertise to provide exceptional donor experiences.
• Ability to effectively utilize computer systems to process donors through their donor process (screening and blood collection, and automated collections when appropriate).
• Take personal responsibility for donor safety, complying with all standard procedures and regulatory standards.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Phlebotomy Certification is highly preferred.
• At least 6 months' experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively interact with diverse people and communicate (verbal, written, and listening) fluently in English.
