Our company is seeking a skilled Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and configuring WordPress websites, developing themes and plugins, optimizing and maintaining websites, and troubleshooting issues.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Junior WordPress Developer to strengthen our team in Niš. The successful candidate will be part of a young, skilled, and ambitious team. They will be expected to ensure a high level of quality in our deliveries and will be challenged with a wide variety of assignments as well as routine tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding and modifying across our vast portfolio of websites (1000+), whether it is theme development or adjustment. They will also be coordinating with external designers and collaborating with SEO managers, site/project managers, etc.

Responsibilities
  1. Setup and configuration of WordPress websites
  2. WordPress theme & plugin development
  3. Optimization and maintenance of websites
  4. All sorts of WordPress-related troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HTML5/CSS3/SASS/PHP/MySQL/JavaScript, WordPress theme & plugin development, responsive development, and good principles of OOP. Apart from that, it would be a plus if they knew server management/hosting platforms, Google scripts, Data Studio, Python (Crawling, Scraping, GUIs), MVC, jQuery, Advanced Custom Fields, versioning control through Git, and Gutenberg blocks development.
