About the Role

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and machine learning initiatives
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced English skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques
  • Experience with Python and popular data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
