- Lead and manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new techniques and tools to drive innovation
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced English skills, with ability to interact daily with a distributed team
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with IDEs and version control tools
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and methods used in data science
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment
- Formal education and/or proven experience with statistical analysis
- Experience with time series analysis and forecasting
- Experience with anomaly detection
- Fluency in Python and its popular data science packages
- Exposure to Jupyter notebook and/or Databricks platform
