  • Job Summary

    As a Regional Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional recruitment strategies. You will source and recruit candidates for various positions, including professional, administrative, and leadership roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and key leadership to understand and deliver on hiring needs.

  • Responsibilities
    1. Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the LATAM region.
    2. SOURCE AND RECRUIT candidates for various positions, including professional, administrative, and leadership roles.
    3. Work closely with hiring managers and key leadership to understand and deliver on hiring needs.
    4. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations for each country.
    5. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key leadership to ensure effective communication and delivery of hiring needs.
    6. Conduct employment reference checks and New Hire Feedbacks.
    7. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on recruiting activities, analyzing trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    8. Develop and implement training initiatives and programs for Local HR and Hiring Managers.
  • Requirements
    • A comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
    • Graduate and post-graduation diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must have recruiting experience for senior positions and high volume positions in different cultures inside South or Latin America.
    • Strong experience full cycle recruiting required, preferred coming from executive searching firms.
    • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, develop, and coach others.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
    • Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.
