We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Campinas, Brazil.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market analyses, product segmentation, and value proposition for our HBF HHC solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing plans for the LATAM region, developing marketing materials such as presentations, videos, and digital content, and planning and managing investments, quotes, and internal payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and communicate marketing plans for LATAM HHC
  • Develop marketing communication documentation for LATAM HHC (presentations, videos, photos, website, blog, HBF Academy, LK, and other HBF tools)
  • Plan, control investments, quote, manage internal payments, and hold dedicated events for the distribution channel (digital/in-person) and other sectors
  • Monitor projects, update information, and suggest marketing actions for Rigid Pack and Flexible Materials

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • Currrently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation in December 2026
  • Availability to intern in a flexible office model (hybrid work)
