**Sales Operations Role**
Sales Operations plays a crucial role in optimizing the effectiveness of the District Sales team by supporting our sales processes and strategies. This involves engaging in activities that require strong analytical, communication, and time management skills. Sales Operations collaborates with staff in various job functions, owns and completes tasks of moderate to high complexity, and performs well in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
Some of the key responsibilities of the Sales Operations role include:
- Organizing webinars and other online events to support sales efforts
- Understanding social media channels in a business environment and their value for marketing activities
- Familiarity with marketing communication protocols
- Proficiency with data and data analysis using Excel and other tools, including Power BI
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Passion to drive and support a team toward winning results
- Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency to achieve goals
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
