You will be part of our primary contact with Pharma division customers, delivering excellence in customer experience through professional communication and building trusted relationships with our final and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the customer's focal point, receiving purchase orders and adding them to the system accordingly. You will also monitor orders closely, send documentation, and communicate and negotiate with internal teams such as sales, planning, export, financial, and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Negotiation skills
  • Very good communication
  • SAP mandatory
  • English advanced
  • Spanish desirable
  • Sales Force experience desirable
