Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Mw Inspeção De Qualidade. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding lead times, status of sale orders, return authorizations, and shipments of materials.
- Manage allocated key accounts and regions, and provide backup support to other regions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members from Sales, Inside Sales, and technical support to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate service/goods Inwards and other departments as necessary to facilitate the return of material for repair and/or restock.
Requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar experience.
- Previous experience in direct client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal). Spanish language is a plus.
- High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
