Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Mw Inspeção De Qualidade. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding lead times, status of sale orders, return authorizations, and shipments of materials.
  2. Manage allocated key accounts and regions, and provide backup support to other regions as needed.
  3. Collaborate with team members from Sales, Inside Sales, and technical support to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customer requirements.
  5. Coordinate service/goods Inwards and other departments as necessary to facilitate the return of material for repair and/or restock.

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar experience.
  • Previous experience in direct client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal). Spanish language is a plus.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
