About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Office Operations Specialist to join our team in Florianópolis. As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional employee experience, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting our top management in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience, making Infraspeak a unique and personalized workplace.
  • Manage employee requests, travel bookings, resource allocation, and special orders, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Oversee office operations, including inventory management, events, equipment, and access control.
  • Coordinate employee admission and dismissal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with external entities, such as accounting service providers.
  • Provide guidance on salary processing and other relevant processes.
  • Ensure all employees have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Support top management in their daily operations, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a functional and Infraspeak-branded office environment, regardless of location or size.
