Cloud Operations Manager Role

As a Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of cloud environments to ensure data security and support client needs. This role involves collaborating with security teams, handling escalations, and driving innovative cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud infrastructure, with experience in Azure technical certification, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Json. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of Hashicorp tools such as Terraform, Vault, and Consul.

Other key qualifications include experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, and Prisma Cloud, as well as familiarity with logging/monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, and Azure Monitor. Proficiency in Git/GitHub is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cloud environments to ensure data security and support client needs.
  2. Collaborate with security teams, handle escalations, and drive innovative cloud solutions.
  3. Oversee cloud operations to secure client data.
  4. Address customer escalations and develop solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in Azure infrastructure
  • Azure technical certification
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Json
  • Knowledge of Hashicorp tools: Terraform, Vault, Consul
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Prisma Cloud
  • Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, Azure Monitor
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub
  • English communication skills
