Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements;
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies;
  • Participate in technical discussions and decisions to ensure alignment with business goals;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a software development team;
  • Strong technical skills in Python, Django, Flask, and other relevant technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
