Job Title: Product Category SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Procurement team in Brazil as a Product Category Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement activities across the Global Procurement Organization.About the Role:
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end sourcing process, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to maximize total value while minimizing risk, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis, benchmark market research, and perform pricing audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement guidelines and ensure seamless integration with global organization processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in complex matrix organizations and fast-paced environments, preferably in global or regional roles.
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodologies, contracts, and supplier management practices.
  • Demonstrated risk management and compliance skills, with excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Able to engage and influence stakeholders, understanding the critical role of a Procurement Business Partner.
