Job Title: Network Administrator (IT Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance for efficient operation.
  • Provide IT Help Desk support for all levels at all sites, including software and hardware assistance.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure, including valuation and testing of hardware and software.
  • Purchase and manage IT equipment.
  • Select, value, and administer IT providers.
  • Ensure backup data protection and IT Security and antivirus administration.
  • Manage Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access).
  • Supervise Application server management and Windows user administration.
  • Perform other IT tasks and projects assigned by the Global IT Group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or successful completion of an IT Technical degree/certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Wintel administration, Microsoft Office365 support, and office network and IT infrastructure management.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with advanced to fluent writing and speaking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively analyze and solve problems.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lifting up to 15-20 pounds may be required.
  • On-call or long hours may be necessary in case of network malfunctions.

This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Note that this is an on-site position only and does not offer hybrid or remote work options.
