Job Title: Advanced Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills in handling complex infrastructure challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET Core, Web API & SQL Server and possess strong English communication skills.
About the Role- Support multiple projects with functional expertise through various communication means to clients based out in USA.
- Handle issues and troubleshoot technical or functional problems that may arise.
- Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
- Code and debug to resolve technical issues.
- Act as the sole point of contact for clients based out in various countries.
- Strong experience with Product Support/Tech Support.
- Good communications skills- both written and verbal, especially in English communication.
- Experience with C# and .NET.
- Working experience in database - SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
- Knowledge of jQuery & CSS.
- Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.
- Familiarity with Ticketing systems.
- Experience in handling queries and some experience (functional) with AI/Bots is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Absolute great English communication (written and verbal) is necessary.
