Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving chargeback disputes accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to rules and regulations.
- You will detect, investigate, and perform risk analysis regarding reported chargebacks and return transactions.
- You will perform investigations that include validation of banks, credit card issuers, phone matches, IP search, external checks, etc.
Your decisions should be based on the results of the fraud investigation, and you will place the appropriate sanction or restriction.
You will prepare necessary documentation to defend chargeback disputes.
Additionally, you will answer concerns from other departments regarding chargeback concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote-working team.
