Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to spearhead the development of our software platform.

This position requires expertise in designing and implementing scalable systems, championing Domain-Driven Design practices, and advocating for event-driven system design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and mentorship skills.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems to ensure outstanding performance and reliability.
  • Champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices and empower teams to structure software around clear, maintainable domain boundaries.
  • Advocate for and guide the adoption of event-driven system design using tools such as Kafka and SQS.
  • Educate and mentor engineers on architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices across the organization.
  • Identify and drive the resolution of technical bottlenecks and hotspots through refactoring and re-architecture efforts.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
