Sweden is experiencing a significant demand for skilled engineers to support its growing economy.

The Swedish Statistical Central Bureau estimates that around 30,000 engineers will be required by 2030. Currently, we have approximately 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

This role involves identifying and attracting talented engineers who are willing to relocate to Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial part in building trust with suitable candidates and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

Our clients operate primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract top engineering talent in Sweden.
  • Brief suitable candidates on the benefits of relocating to Sweden.
  • Build trust with potential candidates and facilitate their relocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the Swedish job market and recruitment industry.
