Job Title: AI Specialist

Job Overview:

As an expert in artificial intelligence, you will be responsible for embedding cutting-edge AI models and agents into real-world client workflows and platforms.

You will design and implement scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable impact while collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system-to-system integrations, as well as proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is also highly desirable.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between AI agents/LLMs/APIs and client systems, configuring and fine-tuning AI agents and workflows, and ensuring data integrity, compliance, and security across all AI deployments.

  • Design and implement integrations between AI agents/LLMs/APIs and client systems.
  • Configure and fine-tune AI agents and workflows using tools like n8n, Airflow, Zapier, Make, and custom pipelines.
  • Assess client infrastructure, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and co-create implementation roadmaps with solution architects.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges, optimize latency and reliability, and implement robust error handling and recovery.

Requirements include proven experience integrating AI models, LLMs, or AI agents into production environments, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt solutions to diverse client systems.

Familiarity with integrating enterprise platforms (CRM/ERP/HRIS) and implementing monitoring/observability for AI services is also advantageous.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.
