Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains
  • Sourcing, screening, and closing top talent
  • Stakeholder and hiring manager management
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and timely communication
Key Requirements:
  • 5–12 years of recruitment experience (IT or non-IT)
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills
  • Experience managing stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work onsite full-time in a specified location
