Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Professional to lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing top talent while providing exceptional stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes for multiple domains
  • Sourcing and selecting high-calibre candidates
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Deliver a superior candidate experience
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in IT or non-IT fields
  • Strong networking and talent mapping skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12 years of recruitment experience in IT or non-IT fields
  • Talent acquisition expertise
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in industry-standard tools and technologies
