We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment professional with expertise in international hiring frameworks, labor laws, and contracting models.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top IT profiles across the US and Brazil, managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring seamless execution of hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT talent.
- Sourcerecruits globally and manage the interview process to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional support and deliver results-driven solutions.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a strong track record of hiring candidates in both countries.
- proven knowledge of labor laws and contracting models in Brazil and the United States.
- bilingual English language skills, with proficiency in written and spoken communication.
