4We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, a solid background in human resources, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across engineering, IT, and related departments.- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with accurate information.- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job descriptions, salary ranges, and hiring plans.- Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.- Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market movements, and best practices in technical recruiting.- Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and internal policies.Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.- Strong understanding of technology roles, tools, and technical skillsets.- Proven HR experience, with a solid grasp of recruitment compliance and best practices.- Excellent communication skills in English (advanced) and Portuguese (fluent).- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:
