International Relocation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned International Relocation Manager to lead our global mobility operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relocation processes, ensuring seamless integration of employees into new roles.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with HR vendors to ensure efficient workflows and risk mitigation.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and develop strategies to address emerging challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law; 3–5 years in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy).
  • Proven expertise in key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations, with a deep understanding of various visa type distinctions.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
