We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with various tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze variances from actual results.
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
