Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized finance professional to assist the accounts receivable team with daily activities and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reconciliations: Perform thorough reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Posting Payments: Post payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reviewing Unapplied Funds: Review older unapplied funds to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Month-End Closing Activities: Be engaged in month-end closing activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Education: Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, economics, accounting, or related fields.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent/advanced English (will be tested).
  • Skills: Intermediate excel skills (will be tested), knowledge of D365 F&O, power BI, and SAP fieldglass systems, teamwork, and proactivity.
