Product Manager Role

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our New Games team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining new game theses, developing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product or game design roles within game development, with a passion for gaming and a strong analytical mindset. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in iterative development cycles with frequent releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new game theses and proposals based on market research
  • Create product roadmaps and adapt them as needed based on data analysis
  • Design game features and write specifications
  • Collaborate with art leaders and distribution teams to define game themes and art styles
  • Review game design decisions made by other team members
  • C Coordinate deliveries and provide leadership through playtests, player feedback, and data analysis
Requirements
  • Experience in product or game design roles within game development
  • Passion for gaming
  • Flexibility to work in iterative development cycles
  • Strong interpersonal skills
