Logistics Project Sr. Analyst Role Overview

Corteva Agriscience is looking for a Logistics Project Sr. Analyst to join their Crop Protection Supply Chain Project team in Alphaville (SP).

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics initiatives that enhance project management capabilities.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of supply chain improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide systems SME support for various logistics modes, including import-export ocean and air, packaged trucking and warehousing, bulk trucking and rail moves.
  • Support SAP ERP, TMS, and 3PL logistics management processes.
  • Act as a focal point for IT/application strategy, interfacing between global and NA regional teams.
  • Analyze and improve logistics workflows across functions.
  • Provide training and development on systems usage and best practices.
  • Support run-the-business teams by leveraging expertise across systems and work processes for executing logistics operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, logistics, or a technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain areas, mainly logistics, and/or 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • ERP/SAP/S4 HANA/APO/BW experience preferred.
  • Experience with TMS and 3PL work processes preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner preferred.
  • APICS CPIM Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and processes.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to establish strong networks, relationships, and disciplined communication with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively teach and coach others.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and escalate when needed.
  • Innovation mindset with openness to challenging existing work processes.
