About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Specialist to lead our Brazil and Argentina operations, focusing on trucking and warehousing services. This role is part of our global logistics network, responsible for developing strategies to meet business requirements and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review pipeline initiatives, prioritize, and plan based on logistics strategies and business needs.
  • Conduct spend analysis and market research for each category, identifying suppliers that meet business and safety standards.
  • Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies to maximize DuPont's competitive position in the market.
  • Execute strategy using RFx and sourcing tools like GEP Smart.
  • Implement negotiations and develop contracts to control processes and extract the best benefits for our businesses and operations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge in logistics and procurement strategies.
  • Relevant experience in Logistics/Sourcing/Supply Chain and/or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks and quickly initiate changes in plan when necessary.
