We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Latin America and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a segment of the sales team in Latin America and support the development of relationships with existing clients.
  • Mentor the team in commercial proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure to ensure revenue generation.
  • Manage and grow our customer base and revenue in the region.
  • Work closely with the internal organization to deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in refining, petrochemicals, gas processing, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in the refining & petrochemical business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related areas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Technical knowledge in refining and petrochemical industries.
  • Understanding of the cultural background and business atmosphere in Latin America.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
