We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion in our market. As a Lead Growth Strategist, you will leverage customer knowledge, industry expertise, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will develop innovative strategies to acquire new customers, penetrate new markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a long-term roadmap.
- Identify untapped market spaces and formulate comprehensive growth plans
- Build strategic relationships with key customers and design compelling value propositions
- Develop actionable business plans and deliver targeted growth pipelines
- Contribute to pricing strategies and negotiate effectively with customers and vendors
- Recommend and implement effective Go-To-Market plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed with relevant post-graduation experience
- Proven strategic marketing experience in the Latin America region
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Strong analytical skills and proven sales experience
- Broad industry knowledge and understanding of joint ventures and acquisitions
