Job Description:

The Senior Software Test Automation Expert is responsible for leading the development and implementation of test automation strategies and frameworks to ensure the highest level of software quality. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced testing methodologies, technical leadership skills, and experience in guiding junior team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes
  • Lead a team of SDETs in building and maintaining robust test automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices and tools
  • Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development and testing
  • Proven track record in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices
  • Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing
  • Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making
  • Advanced level of English
