We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team at CBRE GWS DO BRASIL MANUNTENCAO E GERENCIAMENTO LTDA. As a key member of our treasury team, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage treasury transactions, including derivatives, structured loan financing, FX, deposits, intercompany loans, and equity/capital transactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and availability of supporting information, following up on any discrepancies.
  • Manage loan financing covenants into our in-house treasury tool.
  • Support the Treasury Managers with compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and provide financial reports and analysis.
  • Assist with Depositary reports and inquiries for AIFMD Funds.
  • Assist in financial & non-financial covenant controls, including data collection and preparation of final report.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting related to various treasury activities.
  • Participate in Treasury projects, including setup and testing.
  • Support audit procedures and inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent background.
  • Working knowledge of structured finance deals, FX, market data, hedge, and intercompany financing arrangements.
  • 3/5+ years work experience in a bank's back office.
  • Fluent English.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (German would be an asset).
  • Ability to collaborate within an international, geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Strong business applications skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point) and an affinity for technological tools (knowledge Treasury mgmt. tool would be an asset).
