Cbre is a global leader in real estate services, with a presence in over 100 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in finance and treasury management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining treasury management systems, managing treasury transactions, and ensuring data accuracy and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain treasury management systems and ensure data accuracy and availability
  • Manage treasury transactions, including derivatives, structured loan financing, FX, deposits, intercompany loans, and equity/capital transactions
  • Document management to ensure data accuracy and availability of supporting information, following up on any discrepancies
  • Manage loan financing covenants into in-house treasury tool
  • Support the Treasury Managers with any compliance requirements
  • Reporting and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Assistance with Depositary reports and inquiries for AIFMD Funds
  • Assistance in financial & non-financial covenant controls, including data collection and preparation of final report
  • Ad hoc reporting related to various treasury activities
  • Participating in Treasury projects (including setup and testing)
  • Support audit procedures and inquiries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent background
  • Working knowledge of structured finance deals, FX, market data, hedge, and intercompany financing arrangements
  • 3/5+ years work experience (Bank's back office)
  • Fluent English
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (German would be an asset)
  • Ability to collaborate within an international, geographically dispersed team environment
  • Strong business applications skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point) and an affinity for technological tools (knowledge Treasury mgmt. tool would be an asset)
  • Efficient, pro-active, independent, hardworking, problem solver with attitude to actively search for improvement possibilities
