IT Security & Operations Manager Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization's information security program and day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity:
    • Evaluate and deploy comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, penetration testing, and incident response activities to maintain a resilient IT environment.
    • Manage security tools such as SIEMs, endpoint protection, and identity & access management (IAM) solutions.
  • IT Operations:
    • Lead daily IT infrastructure operations, focusing on performance, availability, and scalability.
    • Develop and execute IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
    • Build and manage vendor relationships for IT services, hardware, and software.
    • Plan and execute business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational resilience.
  • General:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to IT and cybersecurity operations.
    • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to defining and executing IT and security budgets, roadmaps, and long-term strategies.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Security Manager.
    • Experience in the industrial sector.
    • Proficiency in IT operations frameworks and ITSM practices.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including its security and infrastructure services.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Structured thinking to tackle complex problems.
    • Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities.
