Job Title: Information Security Operations Manager

This dual-role position plays a critical role in overseeing the organization's information security program and day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

The Information Security Operations Manager is tasked with aligning cybersecurity initiatives with enterprise goals, ensuring compliance with security standards, managing risks, and maintaining a resilient and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity: Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards.
  • Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Lead incident response, digital forensics, and post-incident reviews to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Manage and deliver security awareness training programs for all levels of the organization to promote a culture of security.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools such as SIEMs, endpoint protection, and identity & access management (IAM) solutions to enhance the overall security posture.
IT Operations:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Lead IT service management (ITSM) processes including incident, problem, and change management to ensure seamless IT services delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement of IT services, hardware, and software to ensure best value.
  • Plan and execute business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational resilience and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in the industrial sector or similar domain.
  • Proficiency in IT operations frameworks and ITSM practices, such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including its security and infrastructure services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive security initiatives forward.
  • Structured thinking to tackle complex problems and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities to evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
