As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor who supports critical and complex customers across both digital and physical infrastructure.
This role blends deep technical acumen with customer success expertise to accelerate adoption, reduce time to value, and drive long-term partnership.
The key responsibilities include:
- Adoption and Implementation: Guide customers through successful deployment and integration of digital services and interconnection environments, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Advocacy and Support: Serve as the strategic technical point of contact, providing proactive guidance across the customer lifecycle, from deployment through optimization.
- Solution Review and Consultancy: Consult on architecture design, platform expansion, and product usage to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and best practices.
- Engagement and Learning: Facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, and design reviews to support ongoing technical skill development for customer teams.
- Best Practice Development: Author and curate reusable content, templates, and documentation to improve service consistency and scalability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Lead coordination across Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to resolve customer issues, drive adoption, and deliver business value.
