Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to contribute to strategy and execution to grow our vertical, driving acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by owning revenue and profitability targets.
- Shape product roadmap, translate customer pain points into solutions, and prioritize features that maximize adoption and impact.
- Lead cross-functional execution to deliver seamless, end-to-end outcomes.
- Leverage data for decisions by building KPIs and dashboards, analyzing performance, and using experimentation to guide strategy and measure results.
- Manage risk and compliance by anticipating and mitigating product, operational, and regulatory risks while enabling scalable growth in a fintech environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: ~10 years of professional experience leading a product/vertical in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading teams effectively.
- Generalist mindset with curiosity and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to be data-driven (leveraging data for decision-making).
- Hands-on leadership style; able to balance execution and strategy.
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with confidence.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and critical thinking skills.
- Education: Undergraduate degree required, Engineering degree is a plus.
- Collaborative approach to leadership, paired with a bias toward action.
- Strong communication skills; English fluency is a plus.
